Terms of Business

All clients are requested to complete a booking form prior to any work being undertaken.

Fees are based on an hourly rate reflecting the complexity of the task, with a minimum commitment of one hour.

You pay only for the time taken and the accumulative time will be charged to the nearest full 15 minute block.

A deposit of 50% of the estimated cost may be required before work commences. Additional cost will be incurred for hard copy, postage, telephone calls and travelling expenses should this be considered necessary.

A fully itemised invoice and time sheet will be issued upon completion of work. For those customers who wish to open a credit account the usual references will be required and terms are strictly 30 days net from date of invoice with payment by Bacs or Cheque.
